Quinn's Story
Two people are born the day a baby arrives — a child and a mother. I became both. And then I lost one of them.
After my second son, I weighed 245 lbs — 70 pounds above where I had been. For 15 months, postpartum depression had me trapped in my body, my mind, and my soul. My ankles, knees, and back ached. I ate my misery. No one seemed to know how to help me. The voice in my head said — it's easier to just accept this as your reality.
I refused.
I started with kombucha. That one shift sparked 8 pounds gone without trying and began rewiring my taste buds toward whole foods. Then I went on a 3-day herbal detox fast that awakened my spirit and aligned me with source energy. Within the first day, I quit wine, cigarettes, and marijuana — realizing they were dimming the God-given light I had forgotten was there.
I started meditating. During my second session, I heard the audible frequency of the universe — something I cannot fully explain but will never stop being grateful for. I started journaling. Moving. Stretching. Doing the yoganastics I had practiced for 13 years as a retired nationally ranked gymnast but had abandoned in motherhood.
In under 6 months, I arrived at 172 lbs — vibrant, aligned, spiritually awake, and living the life I used to only write about in my journal.
